Rental service is only available in Singapore and we seek your understanding that we are continuing with the collection and use of NRIC Numbers / Foreign Identification Numbers (“FIN”) / Work Permit Numbers for identity verification purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy.

A refundable security deposit amount of $300 will be held during the rental period and refunded to you within 07 days of return. ACI reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit in the event of damage.
Payment of Rental and Delivery Charge
Pre-payment in full by credit card or bank transfer is required prior to delivery. Flat rate delivery charge of $50 applies. Cash is not accepted. Self-collection is available free during business hours (Mon- Fri).
We deliver to official residential and commercial address and clearly defined event or function spaces only.
Delivery/ pick-up time frame will be advised upon confirmation. If you are not present during the delivery/ pick-up time frame,, we will consider this a "No-show" and the monitor will be returned to base. Any subsequent re-delivery/pick-up arrangement will be chargeable again at normal rates.
Return of equipment / Pick-up instructions
All equipment must be carefully re-packaged in the same way in the same way it was received.Please ensure there is nothing pressing against the front of the screen! The courier driver does not offer repackaging service. Please ensure the correct postage label is visible (if applicable). All rental models are checked for damage prior to refund of security deposit. Damage in transit caused by incorrect repackaging is the responsibility of the lessor.
Can I extend my rental?
Request for extension must be made 24hrs prior to the expiration of the rental agreement period., and will be granted subjected to stock availability. ACI reserves the right to refuse extension requests.
